Before you submit your story, please note the following items:

1. All of the information you send to us is voluntary and may be used in part or in whole (we will not change the context or wording of your submission except to correct spelling and grammatical errors if necessary) without compensation or further notice to you. (see below for further details)
2. If you wish to submit before & after images with your testimonial:
   1. Email your individual photos as attachments (a zip file is fine) to beforeandafter@armstrongskiaid.com
   2. File sizes should not exceed 500 pixels in either height or width.
   3. Files can be either JPEG (JPG), GIF or PNG format
3. We are not obligated to post every image you submit and, depending on what part of your anatomy is visible in the photo, we may decline to use the photo as necessary to keep our website "family friendly".
4. BE SURE to include your name and submission details in the photo file email so we know which image to link with which testimonial.
5. Please provide at least a valid return email address so that we can contact you should any questions arise about your image(s).

With regard to the written part of your submission, here are some guidelines for what to include but they are not required.

1. We'd appreciate it if you sent in a story that details why you used our product, which product you used (or are still using) and the time line on how fast and to what degree you saw the results you wanted.
2. We'd like to know if you plan to purchase the product again, and if your plans include purchases of other Armstrong Skin Natural Skin Aid Products.
3. If the person doesn't mind, we'd like to know who introduced you to our product (first name & relation only - for example, "Sally, my neighbor").
4. We'd like to know if you've tried any other relief products for your skin disorder and why you were disappointed with the results you saw (or didn't see as the case may be).
5. Any other information or details that you feel will provide an accurate representation of your experience with our products.
